Whether you would like your coach to walk you through setting up your devices and the TempoSmart™ App or show you how to take advantage of all Tempo™ can do, we’re here to help.

Your Tempo Smart Button™*
Your Tempo Blood Glucose Meter™ (BGM)* and/or Dexcom G6 or G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System
Your smartphone with Internet connection
(Please review the minimum requirements.)
A laptop, tablet, or other Internet-connected device with a camera**
(Please review the minimum requirements.)
Your insulin dosing regimen and share code given to you by your healthcare provider

** You will need to set up and use the TempoSmart™ App on your smartphone during the session, so we suggest that you use another Internet-connected device with a camera for the call, such as a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.

You will have the option to cancel or reschedule your session for an alternate date and/or time, should you need to do so.

If you would like a family member or a friend to participate in the session alongside you for added support, your coach will be more than happy to welcome them on the call.
